Kenny Vink and his brother Terry Vink, owners of Office Products Inc. and Golden Belt Printing, are key business leaders in Great Bend. Kenny and Terry are proud of their business accomplishments, especially when it comes to excellence in customer service. The tradition that started over 60 years ago with their father Melvin Vink, in 1959, continues to this day.
There are many types of printing and graphic arts products that residents and business people alike can obtain and order at OPI, such as wedding invitations, authorized computer repair, pamphlets for special events, posters, etc. Vink sees to it that OPI has an amazing stock of workhorse machines, especially Canon copying equipment, that do wonders in meeting production deadlines for OPI customers quickly and well when the durability and reliability of the various machines are put to the test every day.
OPI has business operations in Great Bend, Larned, Russell and, most recently, in Hays. Kenny said their brother Craig Vink does an exceptional job managing the OPI business in the Larned operation. He added that doing business in Great Bend and the area is a pleasure and he and his brothers are proud to be here.
He said that he has occasional employment opportunities available for young adults, but that actually filling a position can be challenging in the aftermath of the COVID-19 era downturn.
He hopes to continue the success he has seen over the years in Great Bend. That success promotes a strong local economy in many ways.

The Larned store is a nice size, but even smaller versions of OPI stores are located in Russell and Hays, with smaller show floors. There is a pleasant mix of young adult employees, who work well alongside older employees. Tom Curran has worked at OPI for over 33 years. Ian Stout is a young man employed at Great Bend OPI who helps in the delivery of office furniture and assembly.
