The City of Great Bend will close the 1400 block of Stone and Morphy on  Friday for street work. Crews will begin working on the streets on Friday, August 12. Work is expected to take one week, dependent on weather and unforeseen circumstances, said Sreehitha Kadiyala, assistant city engineer. “Please be attentive and careful while traveling through the area. We thank you for your patience.”
