On Veterans Day 2025, our community came together to honor the courageous men and women who have served in the US armed forces. The day was marked by a heartfelt ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park, where students, staff, and community members gathered to pay their respects and express gratitude.
During the event, Central Kansas Christian Academy had the privilege of serving coffee and cookies to attendees, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and appreciation. It was a meaningful opportunity to demonstrate the students and staffs gratitude to veterans and their families for their unwavering service and sacrifice.
A notable highlight was the presence of school custodian Dennis Palmer (U.S. Army, 1967-1969), whose attendance served as a poignant reminder of the bravery and dedication exhibited by our veterans. His participation, along with that of many others, exemplifies the enduring spirit of service that we deeply admire.
CKCA students and staff extend their sincerest thanks to all who have served in the armed forces. Your dedication and sacrifice are the foundation of our freedoms, and your service continues to inspire us all.
