ST. JOHN — Troy Andrew Devine, 28, passed away June 5, 2026, at Intergris Health Hospital, Enid, Okla. He was born April 8, 1998 in Great Bend, Kan., the son of Darin and Chrissy (Eversole) Devine. Troy was a lifetime resident of Stafford County graduating in 2017 from St. John High School, St. John, Kan. He was a Foreman for Dig-Rite Hydro Excavation, and was formerly a Farmhand for Cornwell Farms.
He is survived by his mother, Chrissy (Mark) Green, St. John, Kan.; father Darin Devine, Larned, Kan.; a son Weston Devine and his mother Rachel Bussen, Hutchinson, Kan.; a brother Austin (Brooke) White, Cimmaron, Kan.; a sister Makayla (fiancé Kelsey Valenzuela), Stafford, Kan.; grandparents, Eddie and Bettina Devine, Seward, Kan., Wade and Rae Eversole, Sun City, Ariz., Jimmy Green, St. John, Kan.; nieces, Helen, Esther, and Eden; and a nephew Vincent; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Josephine Snell, Kay Leatherman, and Elaine Green.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 11, 2026 from 1-7 p.m., at Minnis Chapel, St. John, Kan. Celebration of Life will be 10 a.m., Friday, June 12, 2026, at the IOOF Lodge 700 E. 1st Ave., St. John, Kan. with Pastor Wade Russell officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Park Cemetery, St. John, Kan. The service will be live streamed and can be viewed on the Minnis Chapel, Inc Facebook page.
