This prestigious award is presented each year to one of over 100 professional farm managers for excellence in performing farm management duties. Applicants for the award are judged by a panel of outside agribusiness professionals based on actual day-to-day management of farms and client service.

Matt has been with Farmers National Company since 2009. He currently manages farms in southwest Kansas and northern Oklahoma and does a great job taking care of his clients and growing the territory. Matt was also recently recognized for his outstanding efforts in developing new business for the company during 2025 and received the top Business Development Award for the year in a company-wide competition among 100 professional farm and ranch managers in a 29-state area. Matt’s reputation as a farm manager and also as a successful real estate agent.
