FUEL Barton County, in partnership with The University of Kansas Health System, will host Fall Fest 2025, bringing back a beloved community celebration that brings families together for an evening of autumn fun and activities.
The free event will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 5, at Long Pumpkin Patch, 163 NE 30 Road in Great Bend.
“We’re thrilled to bring back Fall Fest after its tremendous success in previous years,” said Callie Miller, FUEL Barton County chairperson. “This event exemplifies our commitment to strengthening community bonds and providing quality family entertainment right here in Barton County.”
Fall Fest 2025 will feature an extensive lineup of activities designed to celebrate the season and create lasting memories for attendees of all ages. Festival highlights include:
• Free walking tacos for the first 200 attendees
• Complimentary goodie bags
• Fall trail mix and popcorn bar
• Professional face painting
• Family photo opportunities
• Access to Long Pumpkin Patch and corn maze
• Free mini pumpkins for kids
• Prize wheel with exciting giveaways
• Bounce house
• Additional surprise activities and entertainment
Long Pumpkin Patch provides the perfect backdrop for the autumn celebration, offering families the chance to experience traditional fall activities while enjoying modern festival amenities.
The event is completely free to attend, though organizers encourage early arrival to ensure access to the complimentary walking tacos and other popular activities.
