ELLINWOOD — I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce our team at Ellinwood Libraries so you can match a face to the names when you visit us.

Kaitlin Clawson will be joining us this fall as our Baby and Me facilitator. Dana Drake, who started in May 2023, is our evening library aide on Mondays and Thursdays. She helps with patron services, inventory, book processing, CKLS Rotating books, and library prep. Heather Dombroski has been with us since December 2020 as an evening library aide, currently working on Wednesdays. Heather supports CKLS Rotating books, book processing, updating patron information, editing procedures, and library prep. Treva Paden joined our team in August 2019 as our daily and Tuesday evening library aide and is often the first person you’ll see when you visit. She also facilitates our State Interlibrary Loan service.

Karie Gibson is our Ellinwood Grade School Library Assistant and StoryTime Facilitator, working with us since August 2019. Amy Hammeke serves as our Ellinwood High School Library Assistant and Technical/Public Services Librarian, having started in the Spring of 2015.

Julie Blakeslee and Theresa Younker are our reliable substitutes, whom you might see from time to time. I am Sheri Holmes, the Library Director for the district and community. This is my 11th year as director, and I’ve been with Ellinwood USD 355 for 24 years. We look forward to seeing you in the library!
