USD 428 Menu
USD 428 Elementary School Menu.jpg

USD 428 Food Service will provide free meals for all children 18 years of age and younger at Eisenhower, Jefferson, and Riley elementary school locations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the gym Monday thru Friday (sites closed July 3rd and 4th). Children will be provided with a grab-and-go lunch and a breakfast pack. They can choose to eat their lunch in the gym or take both meals home.

School meal permits must be presented every day for every family picking up the meals, with no exceptions. The parent/guardian doesn’t need to bring all the children to pick up the meals, just bring the permit. An individual child still needs the permit to pick up the meal. Daycare providers will need the permit, and will need to bring all children to the school every time meals will be picked up.

The permits are color specific for each elementary school and can only be used at the location where they are issued. The permit for one school will not be honored at a different school. Permits will be available at each school site when the summer meals start.
