LARNED — If you are yearning for a moment of peace and renewed strength in the midst of life’s demands, join Valley Community Church for their Women’s Conference, “Be Still,” where participants will explore the profound truth found in Exodus 14:14: “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

The conference starts at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at 1218 W. 8th St. in Larned.

This conference is a unique opportunity to pause, reflect, and deepen your faith journey. Guest speaker Grace Wheeler from Living Word Assembly, Chanute, will delve into the powerful meaning of “being still” in the face of challenges, offering wisdom and guidance rooted in God’s promises.

Beyond inspiring messages, participants will have the chance to connect with other women and engage in stimulating breakout sessions, including the Generations of Wisdom panel. This panel provides a safe space to ask your pressing spiritual questions and receive thoughtful, biblically based answers from seasoned women of faith.
