City Band concert moves indoors Friday

The City Band performed on June 5, 2025, in Jack Kilby Square. Another concert is planned for Thursday. There will also be a concert at 8:15 p.m. Friday, July 11, in the Crest Theater.

With a 50% chance of rain forecast for the evening of Friday, July 11, the Great Bend City Band Concert has moved indoors from the band shell in the courthouse square to the Crest Theater, 1905 Lakin Ave. The concert will begin at 8:15 p.m. Admission is free.

Thursday's concert is still planned for 8:15 p.m. at the Clayton L. Moses Band Shell in Jack Kilby Square, weather permitting.
