Wildlife Specialist Drew Ricketts will present a program on coyotes at 7 p.m. on Nov. 6 at the Kansas Wetlands Education Center, 592 NE K-156. Ricketts will discuss coyote biology, helping people to better understand their movements, vocalizations and diet, among other topics. He will also discuss tips and methods on trapping and calling coyotes including the proper use of mouth and electronic calls.
This program is intended for people who enjoy the outdoors and hunting coyotes. It is sponsored by Sutherlands, P&S Security and Kansas Wetlands Education Center and hosted by K-State Extension and the Great Bend Rec Center.
