The City of Great Bend advised Tuesday that the online utility payment service is currently down.

“We are working with a third party to get it back up and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available,” a news release stated. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

Utilities payments can still be made through the mail or by cash, check, or credit card at the Front Door, 1615 10th St. Drop boxes for after-hours payments are also available at that location, as well as City Hall and the 10th Street Dillon’s. For questions, call 620-793-4100.
