Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service made one ambulance run Wednesday. 

Great Bend Fire Department responded to a false alarm at 7:43 a.m. at 705 10th St. 

Great Bend Police

A battery was reported at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday at Charlie’s Place, 1109 Main St. 

A non-injury hit-and-run crash was reported at 1:02 p.m. at 1514 Park Ave.

Two used syringes were found at 1:41 p.m. Great Bend Children’s Clinic, 1021 Eisenhower Ave.

A theft was reported at 2:57 p.m. at Walmart, 3503 10th St. An NTA (notice to appear) was signed and served. 

A found wallet was reported at 3:07 p.m. at Love’s Country Store, 1221 10th St. The wallet was returned to its owner.

A disturbance was reported at 5:55 at the University of Kansas Health, 514 Cleveland St.

Officers responded to a domestic call at 6:01 p.m. in the 2100 block of 27th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:29 p.m. at 12th St. and Baker Ave. 

A burglary not in progress was reported at 11:40 p.m. in the 3000 block of Broadway Ave. An individual reported items missing over the last month. 

Officers responded to a domestic battery call at 12:12 a.m. Thursday in the 5800 block of 16th Terrace. A juvenile was arrested and booked in lieu of bond.

A theft was reported at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Great Bend Co-op, 317 Pawnee Ave., Pawnee Rock.
