Great Bend Fire/EMS

Great Bend Emergency Medical Service had nine ambulance runs Friday, five Saturday and three Sunday.

On Saturday, firefighters responded to a small hay bale fire at 7:07 p.m. at NW 10 Road. On Sunday, they responded to a small grass fire at 3:31 p.m. at 56 NE 40 Road.

A domestic disturbance was reported at 12:31 a.m. Friday at 3911 Forest Ave.

A criminal use of financial card was reported at 9:59 a.m. at 5926 Eisenhower.

A non-injury crash was reported at 4:13 p.m. at Hejny Liquor, 4107 10th St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 10:03 a.m. Saturday at Casey’s General Store, 2716 10th St.

A battery was reported at 7:09 p.m. at 327 Frey St.

A non-injury crash was reported at 9:15 p.m. in the 3000 block of 10th St.

A theft of a vehicle license tag was reported at 10:36 a.m. Sunday at 1103 Heizer.

A domestic incident was reported at 7:15 p.m. at 1317 Eisenhower.

A search warrant was executed at 8:42 p.m. at 115 Becker Court. A narcotics violation also reported there.

A search warrant was executed at 11:37 p.m. at 125 Maple St.


Barton County Sheriff

There was a report of shots fired at 12:05 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Kansas Ave.

A non-injury crash was reported at 7:04 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of E. K-4, Hoisington.

A theft was reported at 8:16 a.m. at 335 E. Barton County Road, Great Bend.

A theft was reported at 8:18 a.m. at SE 30 Road and SE 90 Ave., Ellinwood.

A narcotics violation was reported at 2:39 p.m. in the 100 block of South Washington Ave., Great Bend.

A domestic incident was reported at 515 E. Fifth St., Ellinwood.

A crash involving an ATV was reported at 7:27 p.m. at 95 SW 20 Road, Great Bend.

An injury crash was reported at 11:38 p.m. at 718 NE K-156, Claflin.

A burglary not in progress was reported at 8:01 a.m. Saturday at All Seasons Mobile Home Park, 4 NW 30 Road, Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 9:25 p.m. at 370 N. U.S. 281, Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 8:41 a.m. Sunday at NE 80 Ave. and NE 200 St., Stafford.

A battery was reported at 11:33 a.m. at 515 Bismark Ave., Ellinwood.

A fire was reported at 3:32 p.m. at 56 NE 40 Road, Great Bend.

A non-injury crash was reported at 9:21 p.m. at E. K-4, mile marker 134, Claflin.

A battery was reported at 9:47 p.m. at 20 SE 40 Ave., Great Bend.
