Beverly June Francis Searle Jones, age 95, passed away peacefully on Jan. 7, 2026, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. surrounded by loving family. She was born in rural Hudson, Kan., Stafford County to Leslie and Lucille Jones Francis, Dec. 14, 1930.
Beverly was a long-time resident of Great Bend and Hutchinson, Kan. She and her husband, Bob Jones, moved to Fort Walton Beach, Fla. in September 2025 to be near her son, daughter, and families.
She is survived by husband, Robert A. Jones of 38 years; son, Brad (Karen) Searle; daughter, Mary Ann (Kevin) Sherman; grandsons, Tyler (Jami) Searle, Adam (Mary) Searle, and David (Kimberly) Sherman; granddaughter Gina Searle Groszek (Michael); step-son-in-law, Mike McGhee; step-daughters, Cathy (Mike) Lewitt and Nancy Bullard; stepgrandchildren, David and Mike Oliver, Laurie McGhee, Kate Bussanmas; and great-grandchildren Holden, Kellen, Kate, Jackson, Dawson, Britney, Mason and Dane; sisters-in-law Anna Vee Searle and Darlene (Sally) Bauer and many dear nieces and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Donald L. Searle; husband of three years, James ‘Red’ Kaeberle: daughter, Donella J. Searle: grandson Chase A. Sherman; sisters, Imogene Means, Ione Julian, Lorraine Procellie and Donna McAfee; brothers Vanghn and Thaine Francis; stepdaughter Judy McGhee.
Memorial Grave-Side Service at 11 a.m. on April 11, 2026, at Trinity Cemetery in Hudson, Kan. with Pastor Wade Russell presiding. Hudson Community Hall will be opened early for those traveling or may not go to the service. Meal to follow graveside service. Everyone is invited to eat and fellowship with the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation in her memory to the charity of your choice.
