INMAN — Helen Marie Holliday, 87, passed away June 23, 2025, at Pleasant View Home, Inman, Kan. She was born Feb. 22, 1938, in Claflin, Kan., one of 14 children, to Fred and Anna (Kirmer) Zorn.  

On June 10, 1958, she married Kenneth M. Hickey, they had five children together, Kent, Kim, Kurt, Keri and Kraig. They later divorced. She then married Roy K. Holliday Nov. 12, 1982, in Wichita, Kan. He preceded her in death on July 8, 1997.

She is survived by four children, Kent Hickey (Ulai), Kim Regehr (Kevin), Kurt Hickey (Elena) and Kraig Hickey (Brandi); 11 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Keri Lindholm; husband Roy; eight brothers, Richard, Bernard, Frank, Leonard, Elmer, Alvin, Edwin, and Gerald; and five sisters, Margaret Steiner, Eleanor Hickel, Ann Schremmer, Marion Schroeder, and Matilda “Tillie” Schremmer.

Visitation at 9:30 a.m. with prayer service at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, with Father Ben Dande presiding. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Odin, Kan. Notices may be viewed and condolences sent at www.nicholsonrickefh.net.
