MEDICINE LODGE — Larry Don Goldsberry, 77, passed away Friday, May 29, 2025 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. He was born on June 13, 1947 in Newton to Harold Sam and Arbutus Ann (Hill) Goldsberry. Larry married Rose Lee (Standlee) Goldsberry on April 15, 2005 in Medicine Lodge. She preceded him in death on June 7, 2024.

Larry worked as an over the road truck driver. He enjoyed working, hunting, fishing and watching War Documentaries.

He is survived by his sons, Michael (Brooke ) McKay of Grain Valley, Mo. and Brent (Tammy) McKay of Eugene, Ore.; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and neighbors, Allen and Delia Waller. Larry is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Rose Goldsberry.

Cremation has taken place. Per Larry’s request there will be no services. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors in care of Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge. Online condolences may be made at www.larrisonmortuary.com.
