STAFFORD — Lucille Ann Lewis, 71, passed away on Aug. 29, 2025 at the Leisure Homestead Association in Stafford, Kan. Lucille was born on Oct. 20, 1953 in Festus, Mo. to parents George and Marie (Lampe) Radin.

Lucille worked as a homemaker and nurse’s aide.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Theresa Moon; and her twin sister, Sid Radin.

Lucille is survived by her husband, Delbert Lewis of Great Bend, Kan.; son, George Moon of Great Bend, Kan.; brothers, Alfred Radin of Festus, Mo., Charlie Radin of Festus, Mo., Clem Radin of Festus, Mo, and Tony Radin; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
