Patricia Ann “Pat” McArthur, 84, passed away June 8, 2025, at The University of Kansas Health Systems – Great Bend Campus, Great Bend, Kan. She was born on April 26, 1941, in Oklahoma, to Harry and Garland (Bartlett) Perkins. On Feb. 11, 1978, she married Gary McArthur in Great Bend. He passed on Dec. 16, 2022.

A long-time resident of Great Bend, Pat was an owner and operator of Easy Street Restaurant. She loved reading, listening to music, and spending time with family.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Milford of Manhattan, and Robert Cagle of Great Bend; two daughters, Wendee Keenan of Great Bend, and Robin Bastion and husband John of Harrisonville, Mo.; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Wayne Perkins and wife Jerry of Nevada; and two sisters, Maria Carlisle and husband Rich of Wichita, and Glenda Newley and husband Gary of Oklahoma. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; and three brothers, Arland Perkins, Jerry Stirman, and Larry Perkins.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Memorials have been designated to the Golden Belt Humane Society, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530. Condolences may be sent and notice viewed at www.bryantfh.net.
