HOISINGTON — Hoisington all-stater Sofia Simic earned first-team unanimous All-Central Kansas League volleyball honors. The Cardinals (38-7, 7-1 CKL) tied for first in the CKL and fourth in 3A.

The well-rounded Simic contributed a school record 574 winners, 402 serves, 291 digs, 283 serves received, 115 ace serves and 59 blocks

Hoisington's Kelsi Maier earned second-team All-CKL honors with 527 serves, 3988 serves received, 324 digs, 308 winners, 31 blocks. Libero Miya Nachtigal was a honorable mention choice with 655 serves received, 349 digs and 311 serves. 

Larned's Brooke Simmons earned honorable mention honors.
