After Harley's miss, Ness City fouled four times in the final minute.

Ellinwood's Drake Hosman scored 22 points and Wirtz added 19 points. Ness City's Harley scored 15 points.

ELLINWOOD GIRLS 86, NESS CITY 13 — The Ellinwood girls led 60-6 at halftime and coasted past Ness City 86-13 in Tuesday's Central Prairie League basketball game.

Mette Maxwell scored 22 points with a trio of 3-pointers. Brynn Widener scored 18 point and Julia Schlessiger added 10 points for Ellinwood (13-1, 5-0 CPL).
