Panther girls soccer battles Wichita Southeast

The Wichita Southeast girls held off a strong effort by Great Bend in a 5-2 soccer victory Tuesday at Cavanaugh Field. 

Brissa Leyva and Natalia Rodriguez scored goals off nifty assists by Jillian Reimer for Great Bend (2-11). 

The Panthers rolled past Hays Thomas More Prep.6-0 for their second victory of the spring season Monday at Hays, Reimer converted three goals, assisted by Evelyn Luna twice and by Leyva.

Natalia Rodriguez scored, assisted by Reimer; Luna scored, assisted by Teegan Guerra and Guerra capped the 6-0 shutout with the Panthers' final goal.
