HOISINGTON GIRLS 65, ROCK HILLS 46 — Hoisington's tandem of red-hot Kelsi Maier and Addison Hanzlick combined for 40 points to spark a 65-46 non-league basketball victory over Mankato Rock Hills Thursday.

Maier scored 21 points and Hanzlick netted 19 points. Maier scored 15 second-half points. Hanzlick converted a career high five 3-pointers.

Hoisington played a fast pace with efficient passing and inside and outside offense. The Cardinals converted 9 of 28 shots from 3-point range.

Rock Hills guard Bethany Simmelink was a handful to defend with her shot-making and passing. Simmelink contributed 21 points off 7 of 23 field goals and several assists.
