Emergency Medical Service has six ambulance calls on Wednesday.

K-9 Niko was used on a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Wednesday at Casey’s General Store.

A license plate was found at 9:45 a.m. at 10th and Harrison.

A non-injury accident was reported at 12:13 p.m. at 3221 Broadway Ave.

A stolen vehicle was reported at 6:52 a.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of Madison Street.


Barton County Sheriff

Officers responded to a possible narcotics violation at 12:52 a.m. Wednesday at Casey’s General Store, 2716 10th St., Great Bend.

A non-injury accident was reported at 2:01 p.m. at Heavy Duty Diesel & Auto, 3208 Railroad Ave., Great Bend.

A burglary not in progress was reported at 5:30 p.m. at 161 SW 10 Ave., Great Bend.
