HOISINGTON — Hoisington quarterback Kolter Hahn scored three touchdowns as the Cardinals roared past winless Nickerson 58-6 in Friday's rain-drenched 3A District 6 football game.

The Cardinals (2-2, 1-0 District) bounced back from back-to-back losses with a 44-0 halftime lead. Hahn scored on runs of 1, 11 and 26 yards.

Parker Turner started the scoring on 12- and 30-yard runs. Logan Cossel, Colton Staudinger, Drake Gruis and Drake Martin scored Cardinal touchdowns.

Renner Hawks scored on a 5-yard run after quarterback Cade Cornelius completed a 4th-down conversion pass to Will Lytle for Nickerson (0-4, 0-1).
