Great Bend saw a wave of construction and renovation activity in 2025, led by the multi-million dollar Innovation Center project at 4508 Farmers Plaza Lane. The largest concentration of activity continues along the 10th Street corridor, while significant redevelopment is also occurring at Patton Road and the Kansas Oil and Gas Museum.
