One arrested in April 17 drug raid

Officers from Great Bend Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant Wednesday afternoon at 1608 Heizer St., in reference to an ongoing investigation involving illegal drug trafficking, Police Chief Steve Haulmark said. Officers entered the residence at 3:11 p.m. and apprehended Caden Knoblauch, 26.

“During a thorough search of the residence, Police Detectives located substantial amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and evidence items related to distribution of illegal drugs,” Haulmark stated in a news release.

Knoblauch was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail, where he was booked on charges of distribution of methamphetamine, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp, and theft of services. He was booked in lieu of $100,000.00 cash or surety bond.
