INMAN — Ellinwood's multi-event state champion Reagan Wirtz captured Inman regional titles in the long jump (18-91/2) and 100 meters (12.16) and earned 2A state berths with second in the 200 meters (25.41) and as a member on the 1,600-meter relay.

Elllinwood (4:12.26) placed third in the 1,600 relay with Lexi Thomas, Ayla Ritchie and Eleanor Joiner.

The Eagles qualified in four events outside the top three competing in a high-level Inman regional.

Joiner earned state berths with fourth place in the 800 meters (2:21.36) and 1,600 meters (5:20.71).

Avery Panning qualified with a fourth in the 300-meter hurdles (48,77.

Ellinwood's fifth-place 3,200-meter relay (10:30.15) qualified with Thomas, Panning, Ayla Ritchie and Joiner.

EAGLE BOYS —Ellinwood's boys benefited from extra qualifiers with sixth-place Ryan Pohlman in the ( 4:42.12) and 3,200 (10:36.46) with a season-best time.
