Meyer birdied Nos. 2, 6 and 13. Hays Thomas More Prep's Brynn Schoepf (80) earned medalist honors by gaining three strokes on her final four holes.
Larned's Taeten Reynolds (95) placed fifth. Hoisington's Aliana Rubio (108) led the Cardinals in 11th place.
Thomas More Prep (380) placed first and Larned (400) finished runner-up.
