Lisa Kay Nightengale-Ledesma

Lisa Kay Nightengale-Ledesma, 58, passed away April 14, 2026, in Great Bend, Kan. She was born on Aug. 21, 1967, in Great Bend, to Keith and Cheryl (Seyfert) Nightengale. On Aug. 21, 1983, she married Angelo ‘Al’ Ledesma in Colorado.

A lifetime resident of Great Bend, Lisa worked briefly as a custodian for Brookdale Senior Living. She was connected with Trinity Lutheran Church. Lisa was a perfect and dedicated wife and mother who was always there for her family, especially her husband and son. The family went everywhere together – whether just the park or on vacation. She loved being a grandmother, especially her play time with her granddaughter on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturday evenings were a cherished time for her with family dinners, where talking and a good time was had by all. Lisa’s last words were “I love you”, showing her care and commitment to her family.

Survivors include her husband of the home; son, Alan Ledesma and wife Nicole of Great Bend; two grandchildren, Mia and Cayson Ledesma of Great Bend; sister, Vicki Francis and husband John of Arkansas; siblings-in-law, Herman Ledesma, Patricia Ledesma, Monica Ledesma, Rachel Ledesma, Carol Ledesma, David Ledesma and wife Missy, Alberta Ledesma, and Tom Ledesma; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and her beloved pets, Millie the corgi and Kai the cat. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Per Lisa’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Memorials have been designated to the Lisa Nightengale-Ledesma Memorial Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home, 1425 Patton Rd., Great Bend, KS 67530.
